Set in the scenic grounds of The Chester House Estate, this stunning two bedroom Farmhouse overlooks the River Nene and 10,000 years of natural and historical landscape
It has two large double bedrooms, both with stunning views of the natural and historical Nene Valley.
Our Farmhouse Apartment is fully restored with two double bedrooms, a double sofa bed, a large bathroom, an en-suite and a W.C. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and dining room.
There is also a cafe on-site offering delicious breakfasts, snacks and drinks.
THE MISSION
For years, the infamous mastermind known only as “404” – a name whispered in fear and still never found – has played a deadly game with the authorities. His bombings have reduced cities to rubble, claimed tens of thousands of lives, and left chaos in his wake. A ghost in the system, a shadow in the real world – he’s always been one step ahead, leaving cryptic messages mocking those who dare to chase him.
Now, London is his next target, and for the first time, intel has uncovered his location. The authorities have devised a plan to draw him out, giving you – an elite team of private investigators – around 20 hours to infiltrate his hideout, unearth his secrets, and bring him down before he can strike again.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The price is £395 for the entire apartment for one night.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY?
Up to 6 people can stay. We have two double beds and a double sofa bed.
DO I NEED TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
No, however if any significant damage is caused during your stay, your payment card may be charged. Please respect the property as if it were your own.
WHEN DO WE CHECK IN / OUT?
You can check in anytime after 4pm and must check out no later than 12 noon the following day. You’ll have 20 hours to enjoy the stay and complete the mission.
Do I need to bring my own bedding?
No
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PARTICIPATE?
This experience is for 2 people. Please note that we only allow one person to smash at a time.
HOW LONG DO WE GET INSIDE THE ROOM?
This is a 30 minute experience and the time will be shared between you and your wrecking buddy.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
The cost for this experience is £55. You pay for the room rather than the number of participants.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your allocated booking slot to fill in the appropriate paperwork so that you don’t cut in to your time inside the room.
CAN I BRING MY OWN STUFF TO SMASH?
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own items to destroy. Anything from crockery to glassware, VHS tapes to small electrical items. The largest items we can allow customers to bring along are printers, monitors and TV’s.
